A FILM BY STEVE AARON MISIURA
choreographed by Bianca Gallifouco
Unfinished Autumn is a short documentary in the form of dance. It tells the story of Ruth Ellis, the last woman to be hanged in the UK.
Using choreographed movement to jar the spoken narrative, telling rather than showing, Unfinished Autumn takes the premise of Ellis' last dance before she was convicted of the murder of her paramour, David Blakely, and executed at Holloway Prison in London.
